Our cakes generally range from $5 - $15 per serving, depending on flavor and intricacy of design.  3D cakes start at $7 per serving, including Topsy Turvy designs.  We will work with you and your budget to custom-create the cake of your dreams.  Individual mini cakes start at $20 each.  Centerpiece cakes are priced per serving.  Cookies start at $4 and cupcakes start at $3; minimum order of 2 dozen.  Sweet Art Shop requires a minimum order of $100 due to our high attention to detail {3D cakes may be higher}.

We are happy to schedule "Design & Taste" consultations for Wedding Cakes.  We will offer a sample of our cakes, buttercream and fondant.  Since everything is made fresh for you, consultations are by appointment only.  Please bring any materials that might help in the design process, such as pictures, color samples, invitations, etc.  We can accommodate the schedule that works best for you.  Dates are not booked until deposit is made.  Sweet Art Shop is a boutique bakery exclusively booking one wedding per weekend.

All orders must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the event date.  At this time we only accept cash or check.  We write a contract for every order.

We suggest you book 2 - 6 months in advance for a wedding cake and at least 2 weeks for a party cake, cupcakes or cookies but we can often accommodate last minute orders.  Please e-mail us to check availability.

We are not open to the public and operate by appointment only.

All of our cakes, cupcakes and cookies are decorated with fondant icing and a delicious layer of rich buttercream underneath.  The kind of fondant we use tastes great and you can order in vanilla, almond or chocolate flavor.  Fondant is a heavy rolled icing, for the cake to be able to support it and any added weight of a tiered cake, we use a dense and moist cake and a support system when needed.  Please take that under consideration when ordering.

Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. Please notify your guests of this risk and hold us unaccountable for any allergic reactions.

Delivery fee is $1 per mile round trip with a minimum of $25 per order  {Subject to MapQuest} 

At this time we do not offer the service of cutting and serving of the cake.  A secure table must be provided, Sweet Art Shop is not responsible after delivery or pick-up.

Since we cannot guarantee the safe arrival of our cakes, we do not offer shipping at this time.  Long distance delivery can be arranged if time permits.  We can ship cookies but again, cannot guarantee them.  Customer will be responsible for any shipping fees. 

First, wrap tightly with plastic wrap then cover with aluminum foil or freezer paper; place in ziploc bag {freezer kind} purge air and freeze.  When ready to enjoy some more, remove ziploc bag, aluminum foil and plastic wrap while it is still frozen; thaw at room temperature lightly covered with an unused piece of plastic wrap. 

Most of our cakes, excluding 3D cakes, are at least 4" tall.  The amount of servings you get out of any cake depends on how one serves it; we recommend 1"x2"x4" slices {American standard}, which is what our prices are based on.
